Every frame we sell is preloved, cleaned and inspected before it is sent. Here is how delivery and returns work at Maryten.

Delivery

• Free UK delivery on every order, sent with Royal Mail Tracked 24.
• Orders are usually delivered within 3 working days.
• You will receive a tracking number once your order has been sent.
• We currently deliver to UK addresses only.

Returns – 30 days

• You can return any frame within 30 days of receiving it, for any reason.
• The frame must be returned in the same condition you received it, with any case or accessories that came with it.
• Return postage is paid by the buyer. We recommend a tracked service, as the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.
• We refund the full price of the frame to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.

Faulty or not as described

If a frame arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact us within 30 days with your order number and a few photos. We will cover the return postage and give you a full refund, or a replacement if you prefer. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel your order at any time before it is sent for a full refund. After it has been sent, please use the returns process above.
